Most people don't realize how much time it takes to sell a home on your own. For those working full time - it's difficult to take time off for showings. Purchasers usually want showings at all times of the day and being unable to accomodate them

What do people do when they have two blogs?

I know there are several agents who have Point 2 sites who have been blogging on their Active Rain site. So now that you have two blogs, how are you handling that? Do you blog about the same things and just use different wording? I know there are penalties
