When we decided to start looking for our first home together we did some searching on the internet. We used the mls site to find properties for sale in the area we were interested in and started emailing realtors for more information about them. Time after time we got the same response ‘Sorry this property has sold’. At best the property was availabale but wasn’t just what we were looking for. None of the realtors I emailed offered any other properties as possibilities. That is until I emailed Carol. When I communicated to Carol that the property I had inquired about didn’t have enough parking for us she immediately replied with other properties that might suit us better. She was very helpful and interested in our business from the beginning and made us feel she was dedicated to finding the right home for us. Things moved very quickly and she soon showed us a house that we fell in love with. She wasted no time in helping us put in an offer, even having Steve show a house for her so she could meet with us (they’re a great team). Carol did a great job of explaining everything to us, and advised us of the little things that can make a big difference in an offer. Within two hours of submitting our offer it was accepted! But Carol didn’t stop working here… There are a lot of things to do when purchasing a house and it could be overwhelming but she made it very straight forward by providing us with a handy checklist of things to do. We never felt like we were trying to figure anything out on our own, Carol was always just an email or phone call away.
