If we are not pleased with the service we receive we try to correct the problem by expressing how we feel to the appropriate party. If we don't feel that we are being recognized as an important consumer, we will not seek service from that vendor again.
So, if we feel this way about the services that we purchase, why shouldn't you be allowed to feel the same way about the services you purchase? You see, Real Estate is our teams full time career. We run it like the business that it is. We work hard to give the best service that we can. We spend our money and time increasing our knowledge through training or what we like to call the PHD's of Real Estate. We also spend money and time learning about new technologies that we can employ to get your property sold quickly and for top dollar. When we take a listing we consider you a purchaser of services from us.
If for some reason your are unhappy with the service that we are providing, we expect you to voice that to us and we will do anything in our power to increase our level of service or perhaps explain why a certain service may not make sense for your particular property. If you feel that you would receive better service somewhere else, we would release you from your listing agreement. We would rather that you walk away impressed that we honored our word than for you to be stuck in a listing agreement which you cannot break.
When you are pleased with our service, you will tell your family, your friends and your neighbours and we know that is how our business will grow.
